A fancy looking dessert with layers of flavor and a surprise at the bottom. Pretty easy, even without store mixes and whipped cream shortcuts.
The Crème de Menthe gives it a really nice kick.

Can this recipe be made and frozen ahead of time?
I haven’t done this, but I would think it could be done with a small change. Note, though, that the fudge won’t be hot. The result will be more of a frozen dessert, like a layered ice cream sundae with whipped cream on top.
Prepare everything except the whipped cream and freeze it. When ready to serve, defrost the parfaits and top with whipped cream and Oreos.
