Spinach and Garlic Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic from a jar
12 oz spinach, about one bunch
1 teaspoon Tamari sauce
pinch sugar
Directions
- Place large cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oils.
- As soon as the olive oil starts to shimmer add garlic and cook stirring for about a minute or until the garlic is aromatic.
- Add spinach and stir fry, turning often with the fish flipper, until it begins to wilt.
- Add tamarai and sugar and give it a quick stir.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
