Spinach and Garlic Stir Fry

Stir fried spinach with garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic from a jar

  • 12 oz spinach, about one bunch

  • 1 teaspoon Tamari sauce

  • pinch sugar

Directions

  • Place large cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oils.
  • As soon as the olive oil starts to shimmer add garlic and cook stirring for about a minute or until the garlic is aromatic.
  • Add spinach and stir fry, turning often with the fish flipper, until it begins to wilt.
  • Add tamarai and sugar and give it a quick stir.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
