A very versatile sauce that can be used on pretty much everything. If it tastes good with celery, it tastes great with this.
I invented this to go with barbecued chicken wings because they are often served with celery and a dipping sauce. I next tried it with skillet seared cherry tomatoes. That’s a match made in heaven similar to peanut butter and chocolate. It can be served with raw and cooked vegetables as a vegetable dip and pretty much any protein using any cooking method. Try it as a sandwich spread, on burgers, or as a French fry dipping sauce.
The soy sauce makes it look a little dark but it adds the umami component which amplifies the flavor of the food.
