Terrific shrimp salad recipe that can be either a salad or on shrimp salad sandwiches. It’s quick and easy because salad shrimp come already cooked.

Either make a salad with baby lettuces, avocado slices, and cherry tomatoes or make sandwiches with butterhead lettuce leaves and toasted sourdough bread.

If you’re having brunch, serve with Bloody Caesars.

Old Bay seasoning is the way to go for so many seafood recipes. Search for my recipes where I’ve used it.
