Quickly blend this cantaloupe smoothie with healthy probiotic yogurt and turmeric for breakfast. It’s full of vitamins A and C. One smoothie has 130% of your daily vitamin A requirement, 200% of your daily vitamin C requirement, 60% of B6, 45% of your potassium, and 35% manganese.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. Don’t leave out the black pepper, it activates the curcumin. Turmeric is thought to have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
