Avocado Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Quickly blend this avocado green tea smoothie for a healthy breakfast or lunch. It’s full of vitamins B6, Folate, C, E, and K as well as potassium and manganese.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. Don’t leave out the black pepper, it activates the curcumin. It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Quickly blend this avocado green tea smoothie for a healthy breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 peeled, frozen banana

  • 1/2 ripe pitted avocado

  • 1/4 teaspoon real vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon agave Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated, peeled turmeric root or 1/2 teaspoon powdered

  • a few grinds of black peppercorns

  • 2 ice cubes

  • Coconut milk beverage or regular milk to fill line

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha Powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to the single serving cup. Add matcha powder last. Be sure to use exact measurements for vanilla and agave. Do not over sweeten; it won’t taste good.
  • Pulse blend until smooth.
