Pucker up, baby! Not really. This smoothie is smooth and lemons have antibacterial and antifungal properties and are a good source of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or try bottled yuzu juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

  • pinch of ground turmeric

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except ice in blender cup. Add ice to fill line.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
