Serve chilled raita as a refreshing side dish on any very warm summer day. This also pairs very well with spicy food, including barbecue. Adding salt to yogurt removes the sour flavor. Since it was hot out I added cold cubed seedless watermelon. Delicious. EQUIPMENT: small cast iron skillet
